1. Using the Dimension Measurement Diagram, take several measurements.
2. For Freediving and Spearfishing Wetsuits, measure your height, weight, chest, waist and hips.
3. For Scuba Diving Wetsuits, measure your height, chest, weight, and thigh circumference.
