Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are shouldered by the customer, unless there are ongoing sales and marketing campaigns that waive such fees.

Shipping ETA and Delays

We use J&T for nationwide shipping. ETA will vary according to your location, days of the week and weather conditions. We will share with you your order tracking numbers so that you may coordinate with the shipment provider directly. Moreover, you have the option of picking items in person or via a courier service for same day deliveries.
