- Theory 1: 80% Passing rate in the online exam
- Lap 1: Pool

STA (Static Breath Hold) - 1 minute and 30 seconds
- DYNB (Dyanamic Dive with Fins) - 30 meters distance
- STA Buddying and Rescue
- DYNB Buddying and Rescue
- Other Pool Skills

FIM (Free Immersion) - 12 to 20 meters depth
- CWTB (Constant Weight Bi Fins) - 12 to 20 meters depth
- Budding and Rescue: 6 to 10 meters depth
- Other Open Water Skills
Couse Prerequisites: 200 meters swim (for survival purposes)
