  • You agree that registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • You certify that all information you provide during registration is accurate, truthful and verifiable.
  • Athletes found providing false, malicious or otherwise inaccurate information will result in disqualification and their registration voided. Voided registrations are non-refundable. 
  • You agree to be subject to in-event processes and paperwork such as, but not limited to: medical examinations, medical certificates, liability release forms and the like, as deemed necessary by the event organizer.
  • Should there be minor corrections on your registration, inform Sanghinga or AIDA Philippines immediately. Changes are subject to approval.
  • Athletes are responsible for their own health and well-being prior to, during, and after the event.
  • Foreign Athletes and their entourage are responsible for their own Philippine entry and exit paperwork including but not limited to: passports, visas, ACRs and the like.
  • Athletes and their entourage are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation.
  • Filipino participants at this event are eligible for selection to the 2026 AIDA World Pool Championship.
