WHAT'S NEXT AFTER PAYMENT:
- You will be contacted by the expedition leader for the suggested flight details to Palawan. You will be responsible to book your own flights but we will help you find seat sales.
- You will be contacted by the expedition leader for the suggested accommodation in El Nido and Coron main town for your stay before & after the expedition. You will be responsible to book your own accommodation or we can help you arrange.
- You will be added to the event page/guest board for more updates and details (detailed itineraries, items to bring, etc.).
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The payments made are non-refundable but transferrable to others with the same event dates.
2. Your Adventures Await has the right to reschedule or cancel the event due to inclement weather or fortuitous events.
3. We require a minimum of 10 participants/joiners for the expedition. If the minimum requirement is not met, we can either reschedule the event or continue the expedition but subject to rate changes. This applies to both exclusive and joiners' expeditions.
4. Your Adventures Await shall not be held liable and responsible and/or will not shoulder any charges/damages/refunds or any form of compensation for failure to execute the above arrangements that are caused by force majeure such as delay of transfers, loss of valuable things, injury and accident sustained by the participant during the event, riots, civil war, acts of God or conditions beyond our control.
5. All the participants are responsible for evaluating the potential risks of participating in our events that may involve physical activities. Please immediately inform the management if you have any health issues prior to making your reservation.
