- You agree that registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- You certify that all information you provide during registration is accurate, truthful and verifiable.

Athletes found providing false, malicious or otherwise inaccurate information will result in disqualification and their registration voided.
- Voided registrations are non-refundable.
- You agree to register for all days of the event. There are no options for 1 or 2 day only registration.
- You agree to be subject to in-event processes and paperwork such as, but not limited to: medical examinations, medical certificates, liability release forms and the like, as deemed necessary by the event organizer.
- Should there be minor corrections on your registration, inform Sanghinga or AIDA Philippines immediately. Changes are subject to approval.
- Athletes are responsible for their own health and well-being prior to, during, and after the event.
- Foreign Athletes and their entourage are responsible for their own Philippine entry and exit paperwork including but not limited to: passports, visas, ACRs and the like.

- Selection of AIDA Philippines representatives to 2025 AIDA World Pool Championship will be limited to National Pool Championship 2024 athletes, volunteers and previous world championship athletes.

Alternative routes to reach New Clark City:
- We recommend visitors coming from the north to take the SCTEx Concepcion-Magalang exit, proceed to MacArthur Highway southbound, then take Capas Cloverleaf Interchange going to the access road.
- Visitors from the south/Metro Manila may take SCTEx Dolores Exit, proceed to MacArthur Highway northbound, then take Capas Cloverleaf Interchange going to the access road.
