Driven by passion and clear purpose, Dr. Banner's Freedive Academy is the brainchild of Coach Zeal, a distinguished Molchanovs Instructor and AIDA Judge. Zeal's journey into the world of freediving began with a twist of fate – an accident that redirected his focus from conventional sports to the depths of the ocean. The academy's namesake is an American bulldog that embodies the spirit and commitment of the school.

Hailing from Baguio, Zeal stands as the first Igorot to achieve certification as a Molchanovs instructor. With a background rooted in mountainous terrains, he endeavors to impart essential skills to his community, namely, the ability to navigate bodies of water safely – be it for leisure or livelihood.

Zeal's approach is a force for individuals on a journey of self-discovery. His motto: "Accepting your limits ends all great possibilities", says it all.
