Terms and Conditions

By purchasing TruDive products, you agree to the following:

• All wetsuits are MADE TO ORDER.
• For all wetsuits, ETA to Metro Manila is about 14-21 business days (production + shipping). Shipments to Metro Manila are FREE.
• ETA outside Metro Manila is about 16-28 business days (production + shipping). Rates apply.
• Note that the above shipment durations are estimates, not guarantees.
• Certain styles are on-hand in our Quezon City HQ. These are shipped out ASAP and are also available for pickups.
• China and Philippine holidays are excluded from the ETA.
• The SKUs, sizes and colors of your wetsuit order are deemed FINAL upon payment.
• Due to the particularity of the materials used, slight oil stains, creases, color differences or uneven surface colors are normal.
• All wetsuits come with 1 year warranty. Only damages caused under normal usage are warrantable.
• Damages beyond the scope of warranty is subject to additional shipping and repair fees.
• You have 7 days upon receipt of the product to request a replacement due to any of the following:
  • Factory defects
  • Damages
  • Quality issues
• Replacements will only be done ONCE.
• Products are irreplaceable for reasons such as, but not limited to:
  • Wrong SKU
  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • Deliberate alteration or modification of the product
  • Used products
  • Loss or damage of the product while under use

Wetsuit Care Instructions

Avoid friction and scratches

SCS and OPENCELL materials are very soft with weak wear resistance. Please avoid direct contact and collission between clothes and hard objects, avoid nail injury to SCS or OPENCELL, and avoid friction between clothes, rocks, corals, shipwrecks and sand.

When training, wearing a rashguard over the wetsuit can have very good protective effect ultra smooth wetsuit surface.

Avoid strong sunlight or corrosive liquids

SCS and OPENCELL are excelling foaming rubber materials. Please avoid prolonged exposure to intense sunglight and contact with corrosive chemical liquids, which can lead to deterioration of diving materials, brittle or cracking, loss of elasticity, and thereby affect the life of diving suits.

Correct Use

Please avoid overstretching while wearing. Overstretching can cause wetsuits to tear or printing to come off. It's easier to wear it by applying shower gel to the inside of your wetsuit and on your body surface. After each use of wetsuits, please immediately rinse with fresh water, and dry in the shade, avoid direct exposure to the sun.

Proper Care

Please use a special hanger for wetsuit or a rack without edges and corners to hang and keep the textile fabric facing outwards as far as possible. If stacked, please avoid crushing. Long-term compression of the wetsuit can affect material flexibility, elasticity and warmth.

Reasonable Defects

When buying new wetsuits, it is normal to see some slight oil stains on the surface of the colorful ultra smooth SCS, or some slight chromatic aberration and slight uneven surface color, which is determined by the SCS production process.

Service Life

The diving material is a kind of rubber material, whose performance degrades with the passage of time and the frequency of use. The metal coating on the surface of SCS will fall off due to various kinds of friction, which is a normal phenomenon. It is recommended that you change it in time according to the situation to ensure maximum safety and comfort when diving.
