Thank you for registering to AIDA Philippines! To complete your registration, fill up the information below and checkout.

Please be aware of the following:

• For new members, it takes at least 24 hours for aidainternational.org to fully create your account and public profile. Make sure you account for this lead time.
• For new members, make sure you select 'AIDA Philippine' as your national.
• All memberships expire December 31 of every year.
• Upon payment your application will be subject to processing and evaluation.

AIDA Philippines Membership Terms and Conditions

Membership Privilege

1. Membership in AIDA Philippines is a privilege granted to individuals who adhere to the organization’s standards, bylaws, and code of conduct. It is a privilege, and the organization retains the authority to determine eligibility for membership.

Agreement to Abide by Bylaws and Code of Conduct

2. By applying for membership, the applicant agrees to abide by the bylaws and code of conduct of AIDA Philippines. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the integrity and values of the organization.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Membership

3. AIDA Philippines reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership at any time if it is found that the applicant or member has violated, or is suspected of violating, the bylaws or code of conduct. This decision will be made at the discretion of the AIDA Philippines board or designated committee and will be communicated to the member accordingly.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

4. AIDA Philippines may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

Indemnification

5. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIDA Philippines from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of their membership or conduct while associated with the organization.

Governing Law

6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
