Our program offers weekend trainings from Saturday to Sunday, 9am - 12pm, for 3 months, to help you reach your full potential. You will be prepared to compete at a higher level with helpful competition rules, hacks, diving drills, simulations and buddying/coaching. Plus, our stretching exercises and technique corrections are tailored to help you compete confidently and win.
After 3 months, the training will conclude in an official AIDA competition organized by OLP!

Terms and Conditions:
- You agree to train each weekend (Sat - Sun) throughout the training duration.
- Unless cancelled or re-scheduled, training sessions will push through. Absent students will forfeit their session(s) for the affected dates.

Ocean Limits PH has been a trailblazer in the realm of competitive pool freediving in the Philippines. Since 2018, their collective expertise in providing training and orchestrating competitions has resulted in the establishment of several national records. In 2023, an impressive 60% of the AIDA Philippines Pool Freediving Team hails from OLP.
