  • Before 8:00pm - Day 1 start list publishing
• Day 1 (October 3) - FIM/CWT/CWTB/CNF
  • 7:30am - Set up, preparation (diving and check-in area)
  • 8:00am - Check in
  • 9:00am - First OT
  • Before 3:00pm - AP submission
  • 3:00pm - Final Results
  • Before 6:00pm - Day 2 start list publishing
• Day 2 (October 4) - FIM/CWT/CWTB/CNF
  • 7:30am - Set up, preparation (diving and check-in area)
  • 8:00am - Check in
  • 9:00am - First OT
  • Before 3:00pm - AP submission
  • 3:00pm - Final Results
  • Before 6:00pm - Day 3 start list publishing
• Day 3 (October 5) - FIM/CWT/CWTB/CNF
  • 7:30am - Set up, preparation (diving and check-in area)
  • 8:00am - Check in
  • 9:00am - First OT
  • 3:00pm - Final Results
  • 6:00pm - Dinner at Coco Chelo Cabins
  • 7:00pm - Awarding Ceremony at Coco Chelo Cabins

• You agree that registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• You certify that all information you provide during registration is accurate, truthful and verifiable.
• Athletes found providing false, malicious or otherwise inaccurate information will result in disqualification and their registration voided. Voided registrations are non-refundable. 
• You agree to be subject to in-event processes and paperwork such as, but not limited to: medical examinations, medical certificates, liability release forms and the like, as deemed necessary by the event organizer.
• Should there be minor corrections on your registration, inform Sanghinga or AIDA Philippines immediately. Changes are subject to approval.
• Athletes are responsible for their own health and well-being prior to, during, and after the event.
• Foreign Athletes and their entourage are responsible for their own Philippine entry and exit paperwork including but not limited to: passports, visas, ACRs and the like.
• Athletes and their entourage are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation.
• Filipino participants at this event are eligible for selection to the 2026 AIDA World Depth Championship. 
• Filipino participants are also entitled to free AIDA PH membership for 2026.
