DISCOVER FREEDIVING is an introductory class about the fundamentals of freediving. Our class is designed for non-swimmers and all levels. We'll help build your confidence, expand your comfort zone, and learn about freediving in a safe and friendly environment. It's perfect for those who want to learn to dive for fun or for those who already have a high level of competence and now want to take their skills to the next level.
