DISCOVER FREEDIVING is an introductory class about the fundamentals of freediving. Our class is designed for non-swimmers and all levels. We'll help build your confidence, expand your comfort zone, and learn about freediving in a safe and friendly environment. It's perfect for those who want to learn to dive for fun or for those who already have a high level of competence and now want to take their skills to the next level. We are excited to share this with you and hope you'll find it as great as we do.
